Steven Field, (LL.B., B.Mus.) was called to the Bar in 1997 in Manitoba, and 2007 in British Columbia, Steven has a broad range of experience in civil litigation and dispute resolution including in the areas of professional liability, insurance litigation, commercial and corporate litigation, professional discipline, and personal injury. Steven has appeared in the trial courts of British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario, the Federal Court of Appeal and before numerous administrative tribunals. He has also been involved in numerous mediations, both judicial and private. Steven is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and has served as a board member of a number of community institutions.

Colleen has a civil litigation practice that focuses on disputes involving contentious wills, trusts, estate administration, adult guardianship and elder law issues, insurance coverage and the insurance defence of professionals including lawyers. She has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia. In addition to her civil litigation practice Colleen is active in the dispute resolution field and is a mediator and member of the British Columbia Mediator Roster Society (Civil).

Bill MacLeod has practiced law as litigation counsel since his call to the Bar in 1978, He founded MacLeod & Company in 1991. He has mainly acted in insurance, professional liability and wills and estates disputes. He has a deep and varied background in the resolution of all manner of disputes.. He has worked as counsel in a large insurance brokerage, advised on the design and placement of professional liability insurance programs, an in-house coverage counsel for a major liability insurance carrier, and as claims manager for the B.C. lawyers professional liability insurance program.
Mr. MacLeod is married with two grown daughters. He has travelled widely, and enjoys running, and reading.

Mr. MacLeod presently serves as a Member of the Audit Committee of the Law Society of British Columbia. He formerly served as a member of the Liability Insurance Committee and the Professional Standards Committee. He has been involved in many organizations related to the practice of law including the Canadian Bar Association, the Defence Research Institute, and the Vancouver Association for Restorative Justice (founding director). Mr. MacLeod was also a founding director of a credit union at the University of British Columbia (now merged into Vancity Credit Union) and a founding governor of Southridge School in Surrey.
